Pianos Maene invests in new ERP-software : Microsoft Dynamics Navision

To be able to better serve our clients, and to organize the further growth of the company, we invested in NAVISION in 2010. The implenetation took about a year and covers all of the company processes. This software allows us to manage the logistics of the branches, project planning within the workshop, but also an effecient planning of our tuners-technicians. Our technicians have a netbook which allows them to constantly overlook the planning and the information about the pianos that need to be tuned and serviced.

The implementation was made possible in cooperation with microsoft business integrator EDAN N.V. from Ghent
