PHA-4 Standard keyboard
The PHA-4 Standard keyboard of the Roland F701 provides a natural and responsive touch, making it suitable for both beginning and advanced pianists. The keyboard features an escapement (let-off) mechanism, similar to a real acoustic piano. The keys have the look and feel of real ebony and ivory. The key cover is moisture-absorbent, making it harder for your fingers to slip off and will lower the error rate.
SuperNATURAL piano sound
Roland's renowned SuperNATURAL sound technology is a combination of traditional sampling techniques and computer-generated modeling techniques to create the most realistic sound and response possible. In addition, the Piano Designer function allows the piano sounds to be fully customized, such as damper resonance, string resonance, pedal sounds, ambience, tuning and much more. Even with headphones, it almost sounds like you're playing in a concert hall thanks to the Headphones 3D function.
Bluetooth connectivity and Piano Everyday app
The Roland F701 can be connected wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet via the Bluetooth Audio function. This way you can play along with your favorite songs yourself, improve your piano skills through online tutorials and even use the piano as a home entertainment audio system.
Via the Bluetooth MIDI function you can use the Roland Piano Everyday app, which allows you to download electronic scores, rehearse your favorite songs and track your daily progress in the app. This makes for a fine learning experience and motivates you to keep learning new things.
