Piano's Maene puts the customer first and tries to advise and guide you in the choice of your dream instrument. If you have ordered the instrument via the web shop, but are exceptionally not satisfied, you can appeal to the return policy.
If you ordered an acoustic piano through the webshop, you can return it, within 30 days after delivery. The collection will be done by the transport team of Piano's Maene or by an external transport partner. The transport costs are at your expense. To recover the purchase price, the instrument must be undamaged, clean and in its original state.

If you ordered a digital piano or accessory through the webshop, you can return it, within 30 days after delivery. You can return the product yourself or bring it into one of our stores. You are responsible for the shipping costs. You are responsible for returning the product undamaged to us in its original packaging.
To recover the purchase price, the return must meet the following conditions:
In case of a return, you have the choice to purchase a new product of at least the same price or to be refunded. The refund period is 14 days after receipt of the product in our store or warehouse.
