More then 1000 instruments in our showrooms, a multiple of that in stock

At Piano’s Maene, we don’t deal with drums, keyboards, violins, guitars, or other instruments. Even though these are all beautiful musical instruments, we focus 100% on one instrument: the piano. And for that one, we know absolutely everything and do everything possible. Thanks to this focus, we can help our customers better than anyone else. Be honest: where else can you find all the expertise for an entry-level digital stage piano, a replica of Mozart’s fortepiano, or a Steinway concert grand for a top concert hall? And the best part: they are not just photos on a website, they are also all set up and playable in our showrooms. All our showrooms are 400 square metres or larger, allowing the instruments to be displayed as you would set them up at home. Our stage pianos, for example, are all individually placed on stands, at the correct seating height, with the correct pedals connected. This may seem obvious, but it is often not the case in smaller showrooms. 

We have separate, specialized warehouses for acoustic and digital pianos, each fully organized according to the specific needs of the instrument type. In the logistics center for acoustic pianos, a large team of piano technicians inspects and tunes every instrument before delivery. In addition, the polishing team performs a final check of the cabinet and fully polishes all high-gloss instruments. In our large warehouse for digital pianos, all processes are so streamlined that immediately after any order—whether placed online or in-store—the instrument is prepared for collection by our transport service. The workflows in both warehouses are fully digitized and automated, enabling us to deliver quickly and efficiently throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

We deliberately choose to invest in a large stock so that we can serve our customers quickly. On average, we have more than 1,500 pianos immediately available from stock and more than 1,000 pianos ready to play in our showrooms. This allows us to serve everyone, from beginners to concert pianists, quickly. Each year, we deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands more than 5,000 instruments. This not only leads to ever-growing expertise but also to stronger relationships with our suppliers and very competitive prices.

Our service department consists of more than 30 experienced technicians, both in-house and on the road. They are trained by the manufacturers themselves, including the prestigious Steinway & Sons. Our technicians operate at the highest level, such as for the Queen Elisabeth Competition in Belgium and in the largest and most important concert halls in Belgium and the Netherlands. Think of Bozar, Concertgebouw, De Bijloke, Le Grand Manège, Flagey in Belgium, or the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Conservatorium in The Hague, and the Muziekgebouw Eindhoven in the Netherlands. This means they can just as easily maintain or repair your instrument. We also have extensive in-house expertise for digital pianos and silent pianos.
